Job Description
Work as part of the Food and Beverage department to provide consistent, quality food, bar and gaming services. The variety of duties can cover the main bar or ancillary bars in the function areas, working through the gaming areas including poker machines, TAB and Keno, as well as the main change box. At times, you might also assist in the main bistro, taking, delivering & clearing customer food orders and/or assisting in the coffee/cafe area,
Desired Skills and Experience
Hold a current RSA and RCG competency certificate, ideally with prior experience.
High level of customer and team engagement and support.
Flexibility to work (ideally) days and evenings & Weekends.
